This is another of our intense Syrahs, deep in color and flavor, showing plum and blackberry, with a bit of pepper and spice. The tannins are soft and supple and the texture silky, while the finish is long and smooth. Smoky and complex, this Syrah has the depth of flavor to wake up your palate and accompany a hearty dish like braised short ribs.
