1 Bottle: 20th Anniversary Blanc de Blanc Amistara

Amistara, 20th anniversary celebration wine! To celebrate this milestone we have created a unique blanc de blanc. We included a small dosage of still chardonnay from our 20th harvest to add texture and complexity. Aromas of stone fruit, pear and citrus are classic characteristics of our Morningsong vineyard, the added dosage of Cristalina Chardonnay has brought a minerality and depth to the wine we have never experienced here at Amista Vineyards. This is truly a once and a lifetime wine, never to be produced again.

1 Bottle: Sparkling Fusión

The color of our Fusion blend is beautiful with a true champagne color or like the color of ballet slippers. There are aromas of pink grapefruit zest, lime zest, fresh picked raspberries and pie crust. The palate is filled with fruit notes and citrus accents. The finish is long and lingering with balanced acidity. This wine is elegant and perfect to have for a special occasion.

1 Bottle: Sparkling Tres GSM Blend

The aromas are of beautiful fresh picked raspberries and strawberries with layers of satsuma orange and meyer lemon zest. There's a touch of red plum and a hint of marzipan. The palate is fruit driven and delicious with lots of red berry notes and a layer of citrus zest. The finish is balanced and playful with nice acidity but the fruit notes linger on.
