“Share the Love”, Valentine’s fundraiser for Westside elementary’s 6th Grade

Share the Love: A Wood-Fired Feast for Westside that’s perfect for your Valentine’s Celebration!

Join us at Amista Vineyards on Friday, February 13th, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM for an unforgettable evening of community, fine wine, and exceptional food. We are gathering to support the Westside School 6th grade class as they raise funds for their landmark year-end trip to Yosemite this April.
The Experience
Indulge in a spectacular family-style meal crafted by Chef Michael Degen and Field Day Ca, featuring seasonal ingredients prepared in a wood-fired oven. Your evening begins with appetizers served by the 6th-grade students themselves, followed by a multi-course dinner designed to warm the heart.
On the Menu:
• Passed Appetizers: Fried Arancini with tomato and fontina, Kusshi/Kumamoto Oysters with pickled matsutake, and Deviled Eggs with trout roe.
• Bread Service: Quail + Condor Epi Baguettes with Preston olive oil.
• Amuse & Salad: Dry Creek Leek Vichyssoise followed by an Escarole and Fennel salad with citrus vinaigrette.
• The Main Event: Wood-oven roasted Oak Ridge Angus x SCMC Beef Tenderloin served with honey-glazed carrots, Preston broccolini, and New Tree Ranch roasted potatoes.
• Dessert: Pistachio and chocolate Pavlova.
