Our estate, Morningsong Vineyards, achieved CCOF Organic Certification in 2024, a milestone that ensures our grapes are grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. A Sparkling Pioneer
Amista is proud to be the first in Sonoma County to produce sparkling wines exclusively from 100% organically grown estate grapes. Using the traditional Méthode Traditionnelle, Winemaker Ashley Herzberg crafts a vibrant portfolio of sparkling wines that are bright, elegant, and uniquely expressive.
