At Amista Vineyards, we love it when art imitates life. Recently, the hit series Emily in Paris brought a classic French favorite back into the spotlight: the Kir Royale. When our hospitality team—fresh off a weekend binge-watch—asked our founder, Vicky, about the show’s signature drink, her reaction was just like our Sparkling Blanc de Blanc: delightful, fun, and a bit effervescent.
We couldn’t help ourselves. We had to put a “Healdsburg” twist on this swanky cocktail originally made famous by the jovial mayor of Dijon, Canon Felix Kir. As Healdsburg’s first Estate Sparkling house, we believe every toast should be trendsetting.
The “Vicky in Healdsburg” is the perfect way to add a touch of French chic to your New Year’s Eve celebration or your next weekend brunch.

The Winemaker’s Pairing Note
The beauty of using our Sparkling Blanc de Blanc for this cocktail is its 100% Chardonnay base. The crisp acidity and fine bubbles of the Blanc de Blanc perfectly balance the sweetness of the fruit liqueur, ensuring the cocktail remains elegant and refreshing rather than overly sweet.
